Pleast Note: In many areas of the country, there are local building and fire codes which require the use of guardrails along with extra footboards and risers on rows higher than 30". Please check your local codes to determine if guardrail assemblies are required in your community.

Warranty:
Limited Warranty: TerraBound Solutions warrants against defects in workmanship and material for three years from the date of shipment. Normal deterioration of products due to weather, wear and tear or other causes that do not affect the functional use are not covered by the warranty. TerraBound Solutions does not warrant any product’s safe and useful life to be greater than ten years. Alteration or modification of the product voids any warranty.

Freight Claims:
Damages or shortages must be reported within 30 days of the ship date. It is the responsibility of the customer to sign the delivery receipt as damaged or short.

TerraBound Solutions is allowed by the carrier 30 days to file claims on shipments with noted damage or shortages and 10 days on concealed damage. If TerraBound is notified within this time frame, we will replace as needed and file the claim with the carrier. If we are notified after this time frame, it is the responsibility of the customer to secure settlement with the carrier and to purchase replacements. Freight discrepancies on shipments billed third party to a customer’s carrier of choice are the responsibility of that customer.
